ITALIAN VILLA CURATOR

Job purpose:

As our Villa Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our collection of exceptional Italian villas. Your mission will be to build and maintain relationships with villa owners, ensure property standards, and grow our portfolio across Italy's most stunning regions.

What you'll be doing:

Property Management & Quality Control

• Conduct regular property inspections and quality assessments

• Maintain relationships with villa owners and property managers

• Ensure all properties meet Sognoseeker's standards for luxury and authenticity

• Coordinate property maintenance, improvements, and seasonal preparations

Portfolio Development

• Source and evaluate new villa opportunities across Tuscany, Puglia, Umbria, Sicily, and Marche

• Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with villa owners

• Develop strategies to grow our portfolio in emerging destinations

Guest Experience Support

• Collaborate with guest services to resolve property-related issues

• Ensure villas are perfectly prepared for guest arrivals

• Work with local teams to coordinate services and experiences

What you'll bring:

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or luxury travel

• Strong knowledge of Italian regions and culture

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Eye for quality, design, and authentic Italian character

• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Italy

• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
